Effective Immediately: The Supervisor of Elections main offices at the Governmental Center located at 115 S. Andrews Ave., Room 110, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 and at the Lauderhill Mall located at 1519 NW 40th Avenue, Lauderhill, FL 33313 are permanently closed.

Starting April 17, 2024, voters must use the updated state-issued form to request a Vote-by-Mail (VBM) ballot in writing. Once the form is completed, it can be returned by mail to P.O. Box 29001, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33302, by email at votebymailrequest@browardvotes.gov, or by fax to 954-357-7070

Vote By Mail Form

Beginning January 1, 2024, each person required to file a Statement of Financial Interest (Form 1) will be required to do so electronically with the Florida Commission on Ethics via the new Electronic Financial Disclosure Management System (EFDMS). It will begin with the e-filing of the 2023 Form 1, Form 1X, and 2024 Form 1F.

Local officers that are required to file the Form 1 and Form 1X for 2022 and prior, as well as, Form 1F for 2023 and prior will need to submit the paper version of the form with the Supervisor of Elections office of the county in which they reside.
