Please remember to sign inside the red box on the back of the Vote-By-Mail envelope. Failure to include a signature may result in having your ballot not counted.
If you forgot to sign the envelope or the signature does not match, Florida law allows you the opportunity to submit an affidavit to cure your Vote-By-Mail ballot. The affidavit must be completed and submitted to the Supervisor of Elections along with a copy of your identification, by no later than 5 p.m. on the second day following the election.
