High School Voter Registration Drive (HSVRD)

Thank you all so much for your support and assistance in making this year’s High School Voter Registration Drive a huge success. I’m extremely proud to report that our office registered or pre-registered a grand total of 8,461 students this year! That’s an amazing feat, and we are looking forward to continuing our upward trend next year. We will schedule our de-briefing meeting for all staff who attended schools within the next week to get feedback about your experiences. You should all be feeling BROWARD PROUD!!!

The 2024 Winners are designated according to their school’s enrollment population and are as follows:

Class 4M

Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School

647 Registrations

Class 3M

South Plantation High School

555 Registrations

Class 2M

Northeast High School

254 Registrations

Class 1M

Somerset Prep Charter High

58 Registrations

HSVRD Instructions When Registering Online

  • To register online, applicant must provide BOTH FL DL or ID number AND last 4 digits of SSN.
  • Forward confirmation email to hsvrd@browardvotes.gov. Must write the name of the High School that you belong to in the body of the email.
  • If directed to print form, do not mail to our office, instead you must give it to the Supervisor of Elections Staff on the date assigned for them to visit school.
  • Paper application will be available on the date that the Supervisor of Elections staff is scheduled to visit school.
