Under Florida law, campaigns, committees, and electioneering communications organizations are required to disclose detailed financial information regarding campaign contributions and expenditures.
Chapter 106, Florida Statutes, governs campaign financing for candidates, including judicial candidates, political committees, electioneering communications organizations, affiliated party committees, and political parties. However, Chapter 106 does not regulate campaign financing for candidates seeking federal office.
For additional information, please refer to Chapter 106, Florida Statutes, and the candidate and committee handbooks published by the Florida Division of Elections.
