The deadline to submit a request for a Vote-by-Mail ballot to be mailed to you is no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 12th day before an upcoming election. Therefore, any Vote-by-Mail ballot request received after 5:00 p.m. on October 24, 2024, will not be applicable for the November 5th General Elections.  

You may vote early at any of our 29 early voting locations until November 3rd from 7:00 am through 7:00 pm (click here for early voting location information).  Or you may vote in person at your assigned precinct on Election Day, November 5, 2024 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.


Beginning January 1, 2024, each person required to file a Statement of Financial Interest (Form 1) will be required to do so electronically with the Florida Commission on Ethics via the new Electronic Financial Disclosure Management System (EFDMS). It will begin with the e-filing of the 2023 Form 1, Form 1X, and 2024 Form 1F.

Local officers that are required to file the Form 1 and Form 1X for 2022 and prior, as well as, Form 1F for 2023 and prior will need to submit the paper version of the form with the Supervisor of Elections office of the county in which they reside.
